Perfection = Progress

Perfection is what we strive to achieve on a daily basis. Whether it's at work, home or school. Perfection is a known part of us in order to succeed. But.... is perfection truly needed in order for us to achieve our daily tasks/goals? Some might argue that perfection is not needed because its not defined as helping you complete a task etc. But I beg to differ. See in nursing school, perfection is a big thing. Might not be to many nurses but in my context it is. Perfection is what helps us succeed in nursing school. Break The Chains

  Wow! 2021 was truly a year. It was a year of heartache, happiness (for some), stressful, teaching (many lessons learned), forgiveness, new beginnings and endings.  Life is not always what we think or take it to be. Now I question if I or others around me is/are really loving life and what is loving life characterized as?  I am currently in nursing school and it seems as if life on a whole does not exist. The stressors of professors and classwork breathing down your neck at every waken second of the day, family pleading for you to be around when you know that time is of the essence and the clock is ticking. You have a short window and time to complete your daily tasks that is attached to your agenda and iPhone calendar; but yet your phone rings numerous times of the day for words of advice, words of encouragement, an ear to vent to etc. Again I ask myself what is loving life?  So what is loving life to me??? Helping others! Helping others through situations they thought they could never over come, helping others through daily...
