Perfection = Progress
Perfection is what we strive to achieve on a daily basis. Whether it's at work, home or school. Perfection is a known part of us in order to succeed. But.... is perfection truly needed in order for us to achieve our daily tasks/goals? Some might argue that perfection is not needed because its not defined as helping you complete a task etc. But I beg to differ. See in nursing school, perfection is a big thing. Might not be to many nurses but in my context it is. Perfection is what helps us succeed in nursing school. Organization of notes, tools, skills etc is what helps us to graduate and have that degree to go on to the next chapter in life.
Now we all try to do this on a daily but sometimes its harder to achieve. But who are we to give up and say "forget all this" because perfection was not achieved. No! I believe we are given many chances to correct those mistakes and make it perfect the second time around. You may not achieve that task on the first try but seeking guidance to get to that perfect point or spot in life is very crucial.
In society today, perfection is viewed as non existence because of the chaos we all see and go through daily. At this very moment everybody is looking to survive and move on from this terrible dream or nightmare they are in. But sometimes if we take a step back and analyze the situation or task at hand, break each step down on how we need to finish this task it will help us to perfect it. Breaking down each step allows our mind, to see that the impossible is possible. We are only one individual and we can do whatever we wish.
Perfection gives us a sense of gratitude once we have completed a task or achieved a gaol. Perfection is not to be deemed as a burden but as a way of keeping us in line. We have to be prepared just in case another task was to come we know how to attack and conquer.
Start looking at each task and situation and perfect it as we go throughout our daily lives. I promise you that the feeling of gratitude and fulfillment will bring you pure joy. Which is what we need especially with how things are looking.
